Job Requirements
- Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering impactful products
- Film or VFX industry experience and an understanding of the workflows, tools, and production environments used by creative teams
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS products, including the challenges and opportunities involved in building and operating them
- A track record of improving team effectiveness through agile methodologies and execution-focused process improvements

Role Description The Solutions Engineering Manager for EMEA is responsible for leading and executing pre-sales technical strategy in partnership with the regional Sales organization. This role provides hands-on technical expertise, supports complex sales cycles, and ensures customers clearly understand the business value of the company’s solutions. The role reports to the Senior Director, Solutions Engineering and plays a critical role in regional revenue growth. Responsibilities - Partner with regional Sales leadership to support all pre-sales activities including discovery, solution design, and technical validation. - Act as the senior technical authority for complex and strategic sales opportunities within the region. - Deliver high-impact, value-based product demonstrations virtually and in person. - Translate customer business challenges into scalable technical solutions and architectures. - Provide deep expertise on integrations, workflows, security, and data considerations during the pre-contract phase. - Lead and contribute to RFP/RFI responses, ensuring technical accuracy and regional relevance. - Ensure demo environments reflect the latest product capabilities and regional use cases. - Collaborate with Product Management to provide regional market feedback and competitive insights. - Work closely with Marketing on regional webinars, events, and thought-leadership content. - Support and enable Sales teams through training on products, use cases, and technical differentiation. - Promote and follow standardized sales engineering processes while identifying opportunities for regional optimization. - Perform other duties as required to support regional growth objectives.
