Role Description The Solutions Engineering Manager for EMEA is responsible for leading and executing pre-sales technical strategy in partnership with the regional Sales organization. Role Description You will support and grow our presence in the Southeast for all corrosion control and asset protection service lines. You will bring strong industry relationships, a working understanding of upstream/midstream operations, and a proven ability to win new work and grow existing accounts. Qualifications - 5+ years of sales experience in the oil & gas industry - Established network of industry contacts - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business goals - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently within a territory and collaborate effectively with internal teams - Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and willingness to travel Requirements - Experience with E&P companies and pipeline operators - Technical experience related to corrosion prevention and cathodic protection - Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience - Oil & gas construction knowledge (excavation, hydro-excavation, pipeline operations) Responsibilities - Increase sales for assigned services or product lines to identified customers, along with identifying new customers and opportunities. - Understand project profitability for different service lines and work to achieve revenue and profitability targets set by the team. - Manage a portfolio of up to $15 million in sales annually. - Work with all business units to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve customer issues. - Educate customers on our solutions. - Provide technical support and solutions. - Attend industry-related conferences and trade shows. - Maintain and manage customer information. - Work with operational leadership to develop customer plans and address customer needs.
