Job Requirements
- Experience as an Engineering Manager
- Hands-on software development experience in a production environment using a leading programming language
- Experience leading engineers across backend, frontend, and mobile disciplines
- Experience contributing to software architecture and systems design for microservices-based systems
- Experience applying Agile or Lean delivery practices such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience implementing DevOps engineering practices including CI/CD, test automation (e.g., TDD), and observability
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Design stakeholders
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Legal right to work in Poland without visa sponsorship or work permit support
- Currently based in Poland
- Available to work with core hours aligned to Poland/CET time zone
- Experience managing a team with 6 or more direct reports (preferred)
- Production experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (preferred)
- Production experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (preferred)
- Production experience with Python (preferred)
- Experience working on a marketplace or platform product (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C) (preferred)
