Senior Corporate Sales Engineer, AIDR

CrowdStrike

• Serve as the primary technical SME for AIDR within the Corporate sales segment, supporting pre-sales engagements across a high-velocity, high-volume territory • Partner with Corporate AEs to qualify opportunities, lead technical discovery, and deliver compelling demonstrations that highlight CrowdStrike's AI-driven detection and response capabilities • Translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-relevant narratives tailored to technical buyers, security leaders, and executive stakeholders • Lead and support Proof of Value (POV) engagements, ensuring customers experience measurable outcomes tied to AIDR use cases • Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through their security transformation journey with CrowdStrike's AI-native platform at the center • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and the AIDR product team to provide feedback and influence roadmap priorities • Develop and deliver enablement content, competitive positioning, and technical collateral to uplift the broader Corporate SE team on AIDR topics • Stay current on the AI/ML threat landscape, adversary tradecraft, and emerging detection and response technologies to maintain SME-level expertise • Support regional field events, webinars, and customer briefings as an AIDR thought leader

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or equivalent technical roles within cybersecurity.
  • Deep understanding of AI concepts as applied to cybersecurity — including behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, automated triage, and generative AI use cases in security operations
  • Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR platforms, SIEM, SOAR, or related security technologies
  • Strong knowledge of the threat detection and incident response lifecycle, including familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent opportunities typical of a Corporate/mid-market sales motion
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to engage audiences ranging from SOC analysts to CISOs
  • Experience leading technical evaluations and POVs with measurable success outcomes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams

  • Direct experience with CrowdStrike Falcon platform, including Charlotte AI, Next-Gen SIEM, or Falcon Fusion SOAR
  • Background in threat intelligence, threat hunting, or incident response
  • Experience in a Corporate or SMB/mid-market sales segment with high-velocity deal cycles
  • Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and explainability concepts as they relate to security buyer concerns

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to support our growing healthcare-focused sales organization.
