Pre-Sales Engineer - Data Automation & Secure Document Exchange

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to support our growing healthcare-focused sales organization. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales engineering, healthcare interoperability, and secure data automation, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design and articulate solutions that solve real-world healthcare document and integration challenges. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, deep familiarity with healthcare document workflows, and hands-on experience with APIs and HL7 FHIR–based integrations into EHR platforms. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Pre-Sales role in the Healthcare space. - Strong understanding of healthcare document workflows, including secure document exchange and automation. - Hands-on experience with data extraction and classification technologies. - Solid working knowledge of APIs and system-to-system integrations. - Clear understanding of HL7 FHIR–based integrations into EHR or healthcare systems. - Experience supporting enterprise or healthcare SaaS sales cycles. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences. Requirements - Background in healthcare IT, interoperability, or clinical/administrative systems. - Experience with secure messaging, document management, or intelligent document processing platforms. - Familiarity with healthcare security and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST). - Programming or scripting experience supporting API integrations. - Experience collaborating with Professional Services or Implementation teams.
