• Vous serez responsable de stimuler la croissance et d’atteindre les indicateurs clés et objectifs de vente par la vente efficace des produits Nestlé Professional à travers les canaux HRI. • Participe au cycle de Management Business Planning (MBP) pour analyser et résoudre les enjeux liés à l’atteinte des cibles de ventes, dépenses, part de marché, distribution et budget opérationnel de Nestlé, en mettant l’accent sur la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs (Supplier Relationship Management, SRM) et la gestion de catégorie (Category Management, CM) afin d’optimiser l’assortiment de produits et favoriser des ventes rentables. • Assure l’activation des feuilles de route de catégorie ciblées et des initiatives de vente auprès des clients. • Développe et personnalise les présentations de vente en utilisant les Category Roadmaps pour les adapter à chaque client, en veillant à leur pertinence et à leur applicabilité à leurs circonstances spécifiques. • Évalue en continu les fondamentaux de la catégorie (comme les listings et la distribution) pour générer des ventes rentables. • Saisit sans délai tous les plans promotionnels clients et de catégorie pertinents dans C4C, Exceedra et autres outils de planification. • Partage les informations essentielles concernant promotions et listings avec les planificateurs de la demande afin d’améliorer la précision des prévisions. • Gère efficacement les dépenses commerciales pour atteindre les objectifs de volume de ventes, de dépenses commerciales et de profitabilité, incluant l’administration, la tenue de dossiers, le suivi et le suivi des actions. • Veille au respect de l’ensemble des principes et politiques de l’entreprise.

Job Requirements

  • Bilinguisme en anglais et en français requis, car ce poste implique une collaboration avec des parties prenantes à l’échelle du marché canadien
  • 3+ années d’expérience en ventes et gestion de comptes, avec des résultats probants
  • Permis de conduire complet valide et dossier de conduite sécuritaire requis. Disponible pour voyager fréquemment dans le territoire assigné.
  • Formation postsecondaire en commerce, dans un domaine connexe ou expérience équivalente
  • Compétences en communication, négociation et leadership nécessaires pour exposer des analyses et présenter à différents niveaux au sein de l’organisation et à l’externe auprès des clients.
  • Maîtrise de MS Word, Excel et PowerPoint
  • Capacité avérée à gérer plusieurs tâches avec excellente gestion du temps et des projets tout en faisant preuve d’un grand souci du détail.
