THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Program Test Manager / Test Lead to define and lead enterprise-wide testing strategies across large-scale banking and payments transformation programmes. You will oversee end-to-end testing activities spanning issuing, acquiring, and switching domains, ensuring quality delivery across all programme phases. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate cross-functional testing teams, manage programme-level risks and defects, and provide clear governance and reporting to senior stakeholders across PMO, business, and technology functions. Fluency in Polish is mandatory.
