THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Program Test Manager / Test Lead to define and lead enterprise-wide testing strategies across large-scale banking and payments transformation programmes. You will oversee end-to-end testing activities spanning issuing, acquiring, and switching domains, ensuring quality delivery across all programme phases. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate cross-functional testing teams, manage programme-level risks and defects, and provide clear governance and reporting to senior stakeholders across PMO, business, and technology functions. Fluency in Polish is mandatory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Define and manage the overall programme test strategy, including master test plans, governance, and quality assurance frameworks - Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing activities across issuing, acquiring, and switch domains - Establish and monitor programme-level entry and exit criteria, ensuring quality gates are achieved across all delivery phases - Manage defects, blockers, dependencies, and risk escalations while providing regular reporting to PM, PMO, KO, and KS stakeholders - Lead and coordinate the work of manual testers, Automation QA engineers, SMEs, vendors, and third-party delivery teams SKILLS & EXPERIENCES TO GET THE JOB DONE: - Proven experience leading testing activities within complex banking or payments transformation programmes - Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including issuing, acquiring, switching, and transaction processing - Experience managing large-scale SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing across multiple workstreams - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders - Experience working with distributed delivery teams, vendors, and cross-functional programme environments - Experience working within agile or hybrid delivery models - Knowledge of automation testing frameworks and QA tooling - Exposure to card schemes, ISO 8583 messaging, or real-time payments platforms - Experience delivering testing within cloud or digital transformation programmes IMPORTANT - Fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory - Good command of English for documentation and collaboration - Availability to work on-site, with partial remote work - 3 days per week from the office in Warsaw ONLINE RECRUITMENT PROCESS STEPS - Screening call with the Recruiter - Hiring Manager Technical Interview - Client Interview - Feedback/Offer We offer a flexible collaboration model based on a B2B contract, with the opportunity to work on diverse projects. #LI-HYBRID
