Job Description

Manager II, Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management – HCM

Catholic Relief Services

• Own and govern end-to-end GPR business processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement. • Partner with GPR leadership, IT, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs. • Act as the functional and technical subject matter expert (SME) for the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Absence Management. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on system configuration, integrations, reporting, and enhancements. • Lead system enhancement initiatives, testing cycles, defect resolution, and production support activities. • Drive release management activities, including impact assessments, regression testing, and adoption of Oracle quarterly updates. • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation, process simplification, and improved user experience. • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, governance standards, and training materials. • Advise on and implement data governance, security roles, compliance requirements, and audit readiness. • Monitor system performance, data quality, and reporting accuracy while ensuring alignment with agency policies and regulatory standards. • Partner with integration and reporting teams on interfaces, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and related tools. • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), stakeholder communications, and organizational change management efforts. • Directly manage a team of systems professionals to ensure consistent and high-quality operations of GPR systems. Additionally, provide guidance and mentorship to GPR users, analysts, and support teams regarding system capabilities and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certifications.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience supporting or leading Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations and production support in a global environment.
  • Experience with multiple Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Absence Management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role will support the planning and execution of Bentley’s Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), curated executive experiences and key industry association programs. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Customer & Community Marketing, this person will help bring these programs to life through strong project management, thoughtful coordination, and exceptional attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, polished and proactive- someone who can help create seamless, professional experiences for senior audiences while also building strong relationships across internal teams and external communities. The right person will bring executive presence, operational rigor, and a willingness to grow from strong execution into broader program leadership over time.
