• Achieve the operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees, as set by their regional operations leader. • Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to assess performance based on previous goals and commitments, and to align on future goals and commitments. • Align priority areas with Franchisee to drive the business in sales, profitability and network growth, while delivering a safe and consistent brand experience. • Develop plan to coach Franchisee, through regular check-ins, to follow-through on commitments. • Track and review on-going data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions toward their goals, commitments, and plans. • Interpret data to provide coaching and recommendations on priorities for Franchisee to address. • Follow up on Franchisee commitments and monitor data to check progress. • Support Franchisees in understanding the processes for remodeling and building new restaurants. • Align with the construction team and the Franchisee, monitor the milestones, and hold the Franchisee accountable to ensure that completed facilities meet required operational specifications. • Provide support during all remodel and new store openings. • Facilitate communications between Franchisee and applicable cross-functional partners based on Franchisee’s individual goals and opportunities in pursuit of safe and consistent brand experience, same-store growth, and preparations for unit growth. • Participate and work “as-needed” with the Field Marketing Team on updates for operations initiatives and new marketing product and promotion rollouts. • Monitor and support the execution of local, DMA and regional marketing plans. • Perform evaluations on restaurants as-needed based on the Franchisee Business Review process or other indicators. • Partner with Field Training Team to coordinate training support to the franchisee. • Ensure the effective use of G&A expenses within parameters set by regional leads. • Complete all responsible administrative functions and requirements of the position in a timely manner.
• Provide general Human Resources support to team members and field managers • Answer incoming calls and respond to incoming written inquiries • Maintain enterprise Employee Case Management System • Respond to Unemployment claims, appeals and hearings • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary
• Manage and oversee the international design and construction process for new market entry and new licensee onboarding. • Guide external architects, contractors, equipment suppliers, and vendors to deliver stores on schedule and within established brand standards. • Work closely and collaboratively with regional teams to achieve strategic regional and global initiatives. • Develop preliminary layouts for new market entries or new licensees. • Maintain reporting on overall project workflows including: tracking new store openings, remodels in progress, cost collection, and other project-specific data.

Restaurant Experience Manager – Restaurant Systems, Digital Execution

• Execute operational implementation of POS, restaurant technology systems, and peripherals, ensuring solutions function effectively together in shop • Support operational integration of digital channels and partners, including delivery and mobile ordering, into in‑restaurant workflows • Identify execution risks, operational gaps, and dependencies across systems and escalate appropriately • Create, document, and maintain Jira tickets to track requirements, priorities, and progress across projects • Plan and lead in‑restaurant field testing for new systems, processes, enhancements, and digital integrations • Coordinate test readiness, site selection, test onboarding, and execution activities with cross‑functional partners • Collect, document, and synthesize field feedback and operational learnings • Partner with Restaurant Technology, Field Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to support rollout planning and execution • Ensure operational learnings are incorporated into rollout plans and execution guidance • Support post‑launch stabilization efforts by monitoring issues, identifying trends, and coordinating resolution with appropriate partners • Build strong relationships with franchisees, field teams, and internal partners to understand operational impacts and execution needs
