Senior Director, Commercial Platforms

• Serve as Global Platform Owner for the Salesforce ecosystem and associated commercial platforms • Define and maintain the long-term platform strategy aligned to global commercial objectives • Partner with Service Delivery & global Agile teams to deliver enhancements, new capabilities, BAU support, and cross-cloud integrations • Champion Agile and DevOps methodologies to drive standardization, velocity, and continuous improvement • Collaborate with Commercial Excellence, regional business units, and Global Business Sponsors to prioritize features, manage demand, and ensure alignment to strategic goals • Lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, Scrum Masters, and external vendor partners • Ensure stability, scalability, and security of global commercial platforms
Job Requirements
- BSBA, Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale commercial or CRM platforms
- Deep expertise in Salesforce (multi-cloud), enterprise integrations, and global rollout programs
- Proven success implementing Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices
- Strong stakeholder management and experience collaborating with global leaders
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and complex transformation initiatives
- Ability to lead up to 12 people
