Role Description The Associate Analyst is an expert on Production Operations systems and processes, playing a key role in interfacing with both internal and external business partners to ensure effective communication and efficient operations through the entire assortment lifecycle, from order placement through product delivery. The Associate Analyst will apply their strong understanding of Gap Inc.’s product pipelines and business priorities to organize team resources, identify and resolve issues, and support business objectives. This role regularly collaborates closely with functionally and geographically diverse teams including Merchandising, Logistics, Sourcing, Finance, IT, external partners, and partner support teams across the globe. What You'll Do - Provide Production Operations support for all seasonal booking events by providing system support, responding to partner inquiries, uploading partner files as needed, running and providing reports, and monitoring order progress. - Partner directly with Sourcing teams to confirm the final bookings and any issue resolution. - Support PO creation for all final buy units and issue resolution to ensure swift and successful PO creation. - Manage Production End to End tool (excel based) as needed to add booking events and capture changes throughout the season. - Collaborate with Sourcing teams to negotiate acceptance of booked units; continue to update file throughout each season using E2E PO Refresh process. - Regularly work through Merchant Change Log, SOA Change Log, and Issues Log; take action on owned issues, update log, and assign to new owner when needed. - Collaborate cross-functionally to support PO creation for all units, meeting critical production deadlines. - Create and provide seasonal Order Confirmation reports to partners using provided verbiage according to established deadlines. - Ensure reports are validated appropriately prior to sending and support team in completing validations. - Act as PD Ops contact for assigned partners; respond to inquiries, provide support, and build an effective business relationship. - Ensure customer setup details are accurate in the system and keep partner contact list current. - Maintain ownership of designated categories, building relationships and maintaining effective communication channels with category owners across teams. - Setup partner system access in SAM and provide credentials; reset password and security answers when requested by users. - Resolve ETL Reject variances by researching and making required changes to clear errors; resolve HAWB Bills in Error as needed. - Review and action delivery delay and unit quantity changes requested by Sourcing teams in SMEE. - Support internal and external teams with needs and inquiries related to price tickets, product trim, product classification. - Facilitate and/or actively attend meetings as needed to ensure current knowledge and awareness of business needs and goals. - Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams through email to resolve Order and PO issues. - Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as identified as needed for system or process changes and enhancements. - Seasonally setup assortments in PLM Centric by copying over all BOMs and maintaining costing in Tradestone/Bamboo Rose. Qualifications - Detail oriented, flexible, organized, and able to appropriately prioritize and multi-task based on business and resource needs. - Exceptional approach to customer service. - Use innovative problem-solving skills and relevant experience to address a broad range of issues and recommend solutions. - Able to consistently work toward critical deadlines while maintaining process integrity and accuracy. - Good interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. - Effective communication in both spoken and written mediums; able to interact confidently with business partners at different levels of responsibility within the organization. - Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. - Intermediate Excel skills.

• Drive the vision, design, and execution of an integrated technology architecture that powers seamless, intelligent, and personalized customer experiences across all digital and physical touchpoints. • Champion the use of Agentic Commerce patterns—autonomous shopping agents, proactive assistant bots, and AI-driven fulfillment orchestration—to create frictionless, next-gen shopping experiences. • Design intelligent, AI-augmented experiences that integrate predictive personalization, dynamic pricing, virtual styling, conversational commerce, and autonomous checkout journeys. • Integrate commerce ecosystems with real-time decision engines, customer data platforms (CDPs), recommendation systems, and AI models to drive adaptive journeys. • Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to implement AI across the customer lifecycle—from acquisition and engagement to loyalty and retention. • Define architectural principles to scale AI/ML use cases, leveraging cloud-native platforms (GCP, AWS), serverless models, and data mesh strategies. • Architect future-ready, omnichannel commerce platforms supporting unified experiences such as BOPIS, Same-day Delivery, and Endless Aisle. • Ensure architecture enables real-time signals processing (e.g., clickstream, IoT, POS), contextual understanding, and action-triggering across commerce surfaces. • Lead architectural reviews and governance for AI-based and connected commerce projects. • Guide experimentation with GenAI, LLMs, and autonomous agents in commerce, marketing, and fulfillment use cases. • Collaborate with data, privacy, and compliance teams to align AI-powered experiences with data governance and ethical AI frameworks.
• Support in store execution of all logistics, transportation and product operations initiatives through effective communication and partnership with cross functional teams • Develop and influence transportation strategies to ensure flawless execution through effective communication, details and timing to stores • Liaise with the transportation team to communicate all delivery schedules and partner on any change requests or store escalations • Coordinate and lead any special merchandise handling initiatives including re-ticketing, product inspections, pull-backs, approved transfers and ensure stores have the proper direction and labor funding to execute flawlessly • Recommend change management strategies to effectively implement initiatives • Execute all store communication associated with logistics, transportation, and special handling projects • Collaborate with Field and HQ teams to determine opportunities for process improvement • Analyze and propose solutions, within brand store environment • Analyze competitors to enable best in class processes
