• Responsible for the design, content, and delivery of training for Galileo’s camp program, including Camp Directors and all camp teams • Translate operational priorities into clear, usable training and resources • Own training content and delivery end-to-end • Collaborate closely with the Education Product team as they develop learning architecture and large-scale learning systems • Coordinate with cross-functional subject matter experts to ensure their expertise is represented throughout trainings and resources • Continuously iterate and improve training design and delivery • Own the clarity, consistency, and usability of training materials • Determine the appropriate modality for content (live training vs. self-paced vs. resource) • Track training completion, comprehension, and readiness signals • Partner with Field operations and cross-departmental leaders to align on priorities
Customer Success Manager

• Own the full post-signature lifecycle for all Solutions accounts, including onboarding, coordinating training, implementation check-ins, renewal scheduling, and expansion conversations • Serve as the primary point of contact for district and community-based organization partners, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience • Monitor implementation progress and proactively address risks or gaps • Own renewal planning and coordination across accounts • Identify and develop expansion opportunities, coordinating with Sales to close • Track and improve renewal rates, expansion revenue, and net revenue retention as core measures of success • Partner closely with the Sales team and other internal partners to manage shared district and CBO relationships • Ensure strong continuity and experience across both Solutions and Camp touchpoints • Identify Solutions customers who are strong candidates for full-service camp deals based on readiness signals (geography, enrollment scale, administrator engagement) • Document clear customer success evidence, including student engagement and outcomes, staff satisfaction with implementation ease, compliance documentation, etc. • Maintain clean documentation and visibility across accounts
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Area Director

• You will be the “General Manager” of the Washington Galileo territory, ensuring the Galileo summer programs in your region are the first-choice camp for families. • You will lead the local strategy for Galileo’s growth: You’ll use available market data and knowledge of the community to develop a strategic growth plan, including identifying specific sites and projections for enrollment. • You will own the P&L for a portfolio of sites: Secure and retain site relationships and negotiate facilities contracts that are mutually beneficial. • With the marketing team, develop an enrollment strategy to deliver expected results. • With the finance team, set revenue targets and manage the budget. • You will effectively manage the people for your team: In partnership with our recruitment and training teams, you’ll hire, train, and manage an inclusive team, including Camp Directors and other Field team members. • You'll be part of and collaborate with the Field teams of other geographies, modeling our company values and mindsets to create and establish strong culture for all full-time and summer staff. • You’ll deliver exceptional camp results: You’ll evaluate the success of camps by reviewing staff and family satisfaction results and assessing camp quality through on-site presence. • You’ll collaborate internally to prioritize program and systems improvements that result in a high quality camper and parent experience year round.
