Title: Platform Architect - Saviynt Location: Remote Job Description: General Summary You will be joining MajorKey Technologies as a Platform Architect to architect, configure, implement, and support the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) solution for our customer base. This is a full-time, remote position based in the US. Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end architecture design for Saviynt implementations (EIC, IGA, and application onboarding) to meet MajorKey’s client requirements - Define scalable identity data models, access models, and governance frameworks. - Design Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes across HR, AD, Entra ID, SaaS, and custom applications. - Architect RBAC and ABAC models aligned with least privilege principles. - Define and implement certification campaigns (manager, application owner, role-based, event-based). - Design high-volume provisioning integrations (REST, JDBC, SCIM, SOAP, etc.). - Establish performance optimization strategies and best practices. - Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing - Interact/coordinate with MajorKey Project Managers and customer resources - Assist services team and coordinate with other engineers - Resolve technical issues through thorough analysis and debugging and documenting for the best practices - Provide technical expertise in creating solutions, building use cases, designs, proof of concept, and implementation Required Skills - 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Saviynt EIC and integrations with other applications ( E.g. ServiceNow, Azure, Workday, ADP, SAP HANA, AD, Oracle ERP, UKG, etc.) in client environments - Very good technical skills across a variety of technologies such as multi-tiered architecture, databases, APIs and LDAP. - Strong hands-on SQL, JSON, PowerShell experience - Self-starter, fast learner and flexible to support new technologies, as well as legacy applications - Excellent collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in front of clients. Experience/Education - A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or demonstrated work experience required - Saviynt EIC trainings and/or certifications a plus - Certifications in other IAM/IGA tools a plus (E.g. SailPoint IIQ/IDN, Okta, Ping) -
