Associate Sales Representative – Cleveland, OH Location: Cleveland, OH; Dayton, OH Fully Remote Full-Time Field-Based Territory Role POSITION HIGHLIGHTS • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential • Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule with flexible hours • Medical, dental, vision & 401(k) • Unlimited Paid Time Off • Remote, flexible work environment • Mission-driven healthcare organization improving patient outcomes through innovative pneumatic compression therapy systems ROLE SUMMARY The Associate Sales Representative manages a defined territory in the Dayton, OH area by establishing and growing healthcare provider relationships while executing day-to-day territory responsibilities. This hands-on, field-based role combines account development, territory planning, order management, and patient support. You will guide orders from referrals through insurance approval, delivery, and onboarding, working closely with the Territory Manager and internal teams. This is a full-time position with Monday through Friday hours. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Establish, manage, and grow new and existing healthcare accounts • Plan and organize territory workflow, scheduling, zoning, and progress reporting • Market pneumatic compression devices through prospecting, in-services, and relationship development • Collaborate with internal reimbursement and operations teams to drive order approval and completion • Educate referral sources on insurance requirements and approval processes • Provide consistent updates to providers on order status and next steps • Perform and/or oversee patient home deliveries, equipment trials, and product education • Execute daily field travel throughout the assigned territory • Attend trade shows and industry events as requested • Maintain accurate documentation in company systems • Uphold company Mission, Vision, and Values in all interactions and responsibilities • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s preferred • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active insurance • Ability to drive extensively (often 6+ hours/day) • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment • Healthcare sales, DME, or insurance experience preferred SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS • This position has no supervisory responsibilities ABOUT LYMPHA PRESS Lympha Press helps people with lymphedema, venous disease, and lipedema improve their quality of life through innovative pneumatic compression therapy systems.
