• The Operations Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for managing all warehouse duties including: shipping, receiving of items, stocking, and pulling products for shipment. • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment. • Study shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules. • Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments. • Coordinate communication between the warehouse, customer service and sales teams as required to ensure efficient and timely deliveries are occurring. • Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OHS and safety policies. • Provide international documentation as required for all international shipments. • Establish and maintain good rapport with internal and external customers through effective communication both written and oral. • Assist with daily, weekly and monthly cycle counting and other inventory management functions as needed. • Unload, verify, record, and label all incoming deliveries and pickups. • Maintain the proper working order of all warehouse equipment and tools. • Ensure compliance throughout the facility to global process standards and work on continuous improvement initiatives. • Coordination of the ERP implementation process, from process mapping through Go-Live. • Fiscal and tax supervision, consisting of overseeing and monitoring tax and statutory obligations managed by the external accounting consulting firm. • Assist with all ISO9001 compliance activities as needed. • Other duties as assigned.

• Responsible for general office duties including supporting financial operations • Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy, approvals, timely payments • Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices • Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer • Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries • Assist with month-end closing and accruals related to AP • Generate customer invoices and apply payments • Monitor aging reports and perform collection activities • Reconcile account balances and support general ledger entries • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues • Support internal and external audits

• Drive sales within the assigned territory, demonstrating a dedicated focus on meeting or exceeding growth objectives • This role is an active selling role that requires it to be 'in the field' 100% of the time with current and potential customers • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships with existing clients • Monitor and analyze customer product usage, identifying opportunities to introduce new products and maximize revenue • Manage and develop business relationships, providing regular management summary reports as required • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and support through various channels, including email, phone, online presentations screen-share, and in-person meetings • Conduct individual market analysis to develop and implement customer acquisition and conquest strategies • Follow up on sales leads, collaborating with the Sales Administration team for efficient client onboarding and integration • Work closely with the install operations manager to ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations • Proactively seek new opportunities for growth by going outbound and creating strategic initiatives • Stay informed about industry trends and updates through participation in internal educational training, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks

Job Summary: As a Mobile PPF Installer, you would be responsible for installing paint protection film and/or window tint film at any of our customer’s locations (such as car dealerships). The installations require a high level of quality and perfection. They work to learn the newest product innovations, focused on educating and train the infield operations team on the regularly changing requirements. • Technical resource for on-going production activities: establishing & improving production quality specifications, production support, documentation & analysis of production KPIs. • Responsible for reviewing safety and quality standards to ensure the Internal and External stakeholders are properly meeting these guidelines. • Leads quality improvement, yield improvement & corrective action projects with internal and external stakeholders. • Recommends manufacturing processes designed to be efficient, cost-effective, and to promote quality and reliability. • Assesses current equipment and processes and makes recommendations for changes. • Helps to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
