Manager, Key Accounts

• Oversee commercial aspects of our client relationships, including program pipeline, product forecast, and new product development, including pricing, schedules, and escalations. • Responsible for developing account management plans for Cloud Service Providers that result in double-digit YoY revenue growth. • Be the voice and a strong advocate for our clients within the company; continuously strive for and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. • Manages a diverse team: Key Account Managers are responsible for building our program pipeline and sustaining a product portfolio with various cloud service providers. • Technical Sales Engineers are responsible for supporting Key Account Managers during the pre-sales and proposal process to ensure quick response times and high-quality technical information for clients. • Ensure your team adheres to the selling process. • Work closely with the Marketing team to generate industry-leading sales collateral and proposals. • Continuously engage with and learn from the Product and Engineering teams to develop a deep understanding of our hardware and services, ensuring client feedback makes its way into our products. • Engage regularly in the review and negotiation of various client-related contracts. • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. • International travel (20% or greater).

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in complex, multi-stakeholder account management roles, focused on large enterprise IT companies.
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex business plans and initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams of 10 or more, as well as cross-functional contributors.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of data center and IT markets.
  • Awareness of data center cooling strategies.
