• Defines the concept of operations in conjunction with contractual exhibits through the development of the project scope, KPIs, system requirements, process flows and SOPs. • Provide onsite support throughout the project and assists in coordinating resources during go-live. • Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures. • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, IT, engineering and customer service, to ensure that new clients are set up for success. • Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to track progress and identify any potential issues. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services. • Leads and coaches the implementation team throughout the project to ensure a successful launch of complex and strategic new business. • Oversees the development of contractual documents and addendums. • Identifies and manages risk throughout the project, ensuring communication to all stakeholders including executives and clients.

• Handle new interior facility construction (upfit), remodel/reconfiguration activities and shutdowns within the North American region • Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and budget • Provide project weekly status reporting updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll queries, policies, and systems to managers and colleagues • Process payroll data accurately and on time, meeting agreed Service Level Agreements • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion • Monitor and track payroll activities, proactively resolving issues before they impact deadlines • Support key activities such as end-of-year reporting, pay reviews, and HRIS updates
• Leading the development of a design package including material flow diagrams, facility layouts, material handling equipment designs, automation designs, storage media designs, process designs, slotting, pick path analyses • Managing all engineering activities during the implementation phase including automation and material handling vendor management and systems and equipment installation and testing • Collaborating with Data Analytics team to analyze client data to determine order profiles, storage media application, product slotting, velocity, SKU affinities, ABC analysis • Preparing engineering calculations and documents • Designing the overall facility layout, storage media, and flow paired with appropriate equipment • Supporting business development process by responding to RFPs • Evaluating and comparing manual and automated warehouse solutions • Leading detailed engineering process on new business awards • Joint Planning Sessions with client and conducts gap analysis • Managing material handling and automation vendors • Providing leadership and developing/mentoring junior engineers
• Identify ML server/rack requirements and coordinate delivery to ensure Data Center capacity and company requirements are met in a timely manner. • Provide dedicated program management support, including deployment issue resolution, program performance monitoring, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Ensure maximum efficiency and optimization in rack integration and hardware movement to ensure attainment of operational success, efficiency, and quality goals. • Properly monitor critical infrastructure shipments to ensure on-time accurate, and satisfactory deliveries; troubleshoot and resolve supply chain discrepancies as needed. • Communicate with Engineering, Core Enablement functional workstream owners, and the management team to ensure achievement of technical deployment goals and objectives. • Handle stakeholder expectations and provide recommendations for ML infrastructure strategic initiatives and long-range goals. • Identify strategies to increase asset utilization from internal clients and/or to better manage existing rack space opportunities. • Correctly enter data into the Data Center applicable applications/programs tools and maintain/generate required reports. • Properly process, audit, and file various documentation related to Core Enablement activities. • Support a Lean culture within the server staging and data center workflow.
• Provide dedicated account management support in several areas, including issue resolution, financial performance, adherence to contract terms and solution design and pricing • Handle customer expectations and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives • Handle the contracts for assigned accounts as well as all account-driven activities • Develop short-term and long-range plans and goals for the organization • Ensure attainment of annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals at each client engagement • Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities • Inspire and ensure a Lean culture
• Employ wave planning processes and applications to maintain optimal workflow levels within the facility • Provide planning support and technical oversight as defined by departmental procedures for the customer • Execute planning processes and activities consistent with defined procedures and management direction • Conduct studies to discover ways to reduce costs, improve processes and optimize output • Use data analytics and statistical tools to understand bottlenecks and recommend flow improvements • Use root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, A3 and other problem-solving tools to drive continuous improvement in planning and overall operational processes
