• Lead technical discovery with prospective customers, uncovering integration requirements, data architecture constraints, and risk decisioning objectives across onboarding, fraud, credit, and compliance use cases. • Own the end-to-end technical implementation for new customers partnering with the Technical Account Manager, Account Executive and Sales Engineer, from kickoff through go-live: integration design, data mapping, agent workflow configuration, and UAT support. • Design and deploy multi-step agentic workflows for customers — automating onboarding, fraud investigation, credit decisioning, case management, alert triage, and compliance monitoring end to end. • Synthesize patterns across customer deployments and deliver structured product feedback, feature requests, and gap analyses to Oscilar's product and engineering teams.

Role Description We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer — a technically sharp, hands-on resource who will work alongside the team to optimize our Salesforce environment end to end. This isn't a cloud-specific or module-specific role. The focus is on platform health, code quality, scalable architecture, and engineering best practices across whatever clouds and features the org uses today or adopts tomorrow. Exposure to AI-driven capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem is a valuable bonus. We need someone who treats the Salesforce platform like a product — not a project. Someone who looks at a cluttered org and sees a roadmap, not a disaster. You’ll work hands-on with the team to untangle, optimize, and future-proof our Salesforce environment so it scales with the business. Responsibilities - Platform Optimization & Org Health - Hunt down technical debt — dead automations, bloated triggers, redundant fields, and queries that scan half the database for one record. - Audit and rationalize automations into a single, sane framework. - Monitor org health proactively — governor limits, storage, API consumption, deployment stability. - Development & Code Quality - Build production-grade Apex — bulkified, governor-limit-aware, single-trigger-per-object, with proper separation of concerns. - Develop Lightning Web Components that are reusable, accessible. - Hold the quality bar in code reviews — meaningful test assertions, no hardcoded IDs, clean error handling, sensible naming. - Own and improve the CI/CD pipeline — scratch orgs, source-driven development, automated test gates. - Integration & Data Management - Design and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture. - Champion data quality — deduplication strategies, validation rules, and migration practices. - Troubleshoot sync failures and API limit issues across connected systems. - Collaboration & Best Practices Enablement - Define and document development standards and best practices. - Mentor junior developers through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing. - Evaluate every Salesforce release for features worth adopting and deprecations worth addressing. - Help the team make smart clicks-vs-code decisions. Qualifications - Deep hands-on skills in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and enough Visualforce knowledge to maintain legacy components. - Strong JavaScript/ES6+, HTML, and CSS fundamentals. - Expertise in Salesforce’s security architecture — profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, FLS, OWDs, role hierarchy. - Solid Git workflow habits — branching, pull requests, merge conflict resolution. - Proficiency with Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, metadata API, and at least one CI/CD tool. - Sharp debugging instincts — Debug Logs, Query Plan tool, Limit monitoring. - Familiarity with data migration/ETL tools. - Comfortable in Agile/Scrum rhythms without needing a ceremony for every decision. Good to have AI Exposure - Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals — supervised vs unsupervised learning, model training, evaluation metrics, and data pipelines. - Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) — prompt engineering, fine-tuning concepts, and API-based integrations. - Familiarity with generative AI use cases in enterprise contexts. - Experience using AI-assisted development tools for code generation, test scaffolding, or automated code review. - Basic comfort with Python or similar languages for scripting AI/ML workflows. - Awareness of responsible AI principles — bias, explainability, data privacy, and governance considerations. • Evaluate potential energy savings and demand reduction opportunities, including operational changes and capital measures. • Analyze interval (15-min/hourly) utility and sub-meter data to characterize load profiles, identify demand charge drivers, and detect anomalies. • Execute MBCx workflows including baseline establishment, ongoing performance monitoring, and savings persistence verification; identify and present operational ECMs to facility stakeholders. • Support the development and implementation of campus metering systems (electricity, gas, steam, chilled water); develop specifications and single-line diagrams; oversee meter commissioning and EMIS/DAS integration. • Configure, deploy, and manage FDD rule sets within EMIS/analytics platforms; triage and prioritize fault alerts and develop fault impact estimates to support O&M decision-making. • Measure and verify performance of energy management programs over time. • Deliver clear technical reports and presentations translating complex analytics into actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
