Role Description Ищем стажёров-дизайнеров, готовых развиваться в продуктовой среде, работать с IT-командой и создавать визуальные решения, которые реально запускаются в продакшн. - Разработка экранов для сайтов, веб-сервисов и мобильных приложений; - Создание интерфейсов для личных кабинетов, ботов и digital-продуктов; - Подготовка обложек для кейсов, презентаций, соцсетей и маркетинговых материалов; - Разработка логотипов и базовых элементов фирменного стиля; - Создание баннеров, карточек, визуалов и промоматериалов; - Прототипирование пользовательских сценариев; - Доработка макетов, UI-kit и дизайн-систем; - Работа с референсами, AI-инструментами и визуальными концепциями. Qualifications - Базовые навыки в графическом или UI/UX-дизайне (Figma / Adobe / аналогичные инструменты); - Понимание основ композиции, типографики и визуальной иерархии; - Умение работать по ТЗ и соблюдать дедлайны; - Готовность дорабатывать макеты по фидбеку; - Внимательность к деталям и аккуратность в работе; - Интерес к IT-продуктам и цифровой среде; - Готовность использовать AI-инструменты в работе или уже имеющийся опыт их применения; - Понимание, как нейросети могут ускорять дизайн-процессы: поиск идей, генерация референсов, текстов, визуалов, прототипов и вспомогательных материалов.
