• Design compelling visuals for digital and print including website graphics, email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, one-pagers, and more • Develop visual content that supports educational materials such as blog illustrations, infographics, and product guides. • Translate complex software features and nonprofit concepts into clean, accessible graphics. • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets by following established design guidelines. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain a unified visual identity across departments and campaigns. • Work closely with the marketing team to create visual assets for product launches, webinars, lead generation campaigns, and email marketing efforts. • Design visuals that help drive engagement, conversions, and brand recognition. • Support the product marketing and customer success teams by creating software graphics, tutorial visuals, and presentation decks that showcase product features. • Receive and implement feedback from team members to ensure final designs meet objectives.
• Manage ongoing relationships with business partners, helping to support mutually beneficial marketing goals • Collaborate with community partners on digital marketing initiatives, helping to drive visibility to our brand • Coordinate a wide range of marketing activities with the broader team, supporting lead generation, brand awareness, GEO initiatives, and more • Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual events and webinars focused on matching gifts and workplace giving education • Create and support the development of educational video content and community-facing resources • Develop event and webinar marketing materials, including promotional graphics, presentations, and supporting content • Manage event logistics including scheduling, registration, and attendee communications • Provide operational and marketing support for digital events and community programming • Collaborate with internal teams to align event and video content with product updates, campaigns, and industry insights • Repurpose webinar and event content into ongoing educational resources for the community • Track engagement and participation metrics to inform future community programming and content strategy
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright) to ensure coverage of critical product workflows • Translate product requirements and user flows into scalable, automated test cases • Identify gaps in current QA processes and proactively improve testing coverage and reliability • Collaborate closely with Product Designers and Engineers to ensure features meet acceptance criteria and quality standards • Own and optimize the testing lifecycle within the development process, reducing manual QA dependency • Support CI/CD pipeline management and improvements to ensure smooth and reliable deployments • Monitor application performance and deployment stability, identifying and resolving issues proactively • Document testing frameworks, processes, and best practices for internal teams • Track and report on testing coverage, bug trends, and deployment quality metrics
• Build AI agents that replace manual research work. • Ship real systems used in production. • Examples of what you might build: AI agents that email organizations and parse responses, voice agents that call organizations to collect missing data, automated workflows that replace human research tasks, and systems that collect proprietary data at scale. • By ~week 2-4: You’ve built an AI agent that replaces a human researcher and collects production-level data at scale.
• Build models that turn raw data into actionable insights • Build lead scoring models • Develop lookalike models to identify high-fit organizations • Turn messy data into usable, structured insights • Explore predictive approaches (e.g. classification, clustering, KNN, etc.)
• Implementing features in our core application • Researching bug requests and quickly resolving issues • Participating in our bi-weekly sprint planning • Handling advanced troubleshooting on the tech support side when our Client Success and Support teams need assistance for clients • Help clean, maintain, and document clojure code • Collaborate with our tech team identify, define, and implement software features • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues • Help build and maintain a robust testing infrastructure • Contribute to the overall technical direction of the product • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc.) • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation) • Experience with data analysis libraries • DevOps Support • Deployment to Production
• Participate in an intensive 60-day training program that covers various business functions, including Sales, Client Success, and workplace giving. • Work directly with clients, helping them maximize the benefits of our tools and solutions. • Assist in onboarding clients, resolving issues, and ensuring they are set up for success. • Learn and contribute to the overall sales and client success strategy of the company.
• Sales support: Prepare slide decks, one-pagers, and follow-up emails ahead of sales calls and demos. • Prospect follow-up: Chase warm leads, re-engage prospects who’ve gone quiet, and keep conversations moving. • Customer onboarding: Run implementation check-ins with signed clients after the founder’s initial onboarding call. • Customer support: Handle day-to-day client queries. • CRM & pipeline management: Keep the sales pipeline updated. • Research: Investigate product ideas, competitive intelligence, and prospect information on an ad hoc basis. • Collateral management: Maintain and update case studies, testimonials, and sales materials as the library grows. • Ad hoc tasks: This is a startup — no two days look the same.
