• Develop, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram • Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, creative, bidding strategies, and budgets to maximize results • Conduct audience research and build targeted campaigns aligned with client goals • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations • Collaborate with internal teams to align ad strategies with broader marketing and fundraising objectives • Support the creation and testing of ad copy, creative assets, and landing page recommendations • Stay informed on Meta platform updates, advertising best practices, and industry trends • Contribute to the refinement and growth of Getting Attention’s paid advertising services for nonprofit clients
• Build new websites from scratch, from designer mockups, or from client brand guidelines on WordPress and/or Webflow • Customize themes, templates, and layouts to match brand and design direction • Own ongoing website maintenance, including updates, security, backups, performance optimization, bug fixes, content updates, and small feature additions • Translate designs and brand guidelines into clean, responsive, high-quality websites • Build with technical SEO and site performance in mind (page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness) • Manage and maintain multiple websites across Nexus clients and Foundry for Good brands simultaneously • Troubleshoot and resolve site issues quickly and reliably • Join client calls to present work, gather direction, and explain technical considerations clearly • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and account managers to deliver sites that meet client goals and quality standards • Maintain organized project files, documentation, and asset libraries
• Configure and maintain GA4 across Nexus client and Foundry for Good properties, including migration cleanup • Implement event tracking, custom events, conversions, and goals • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, including data layer configuration • Build Looker Studio dashboards and reporting as needed • Handle cross-domain tracking, consent mode, and server-side tagging where required • Debug and resolve tracking issues to ensure data accuracy and reliability • Document tracking setups and implementations for internal teams • Join client calls to explain implementations and answer technical questions (a big plus) • Collaborate with account, SEO, and analytics teams who handle downstream analysis
• Design, build, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across client websites and funnels • Optimize landing pages, funnels, forms, CTAs, and overall user experience to improve conversion • Analyze user behavior using analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel drop-off data • Conduct CRO audits and develop clear, prioritized optimization recommendations for clients • Architect and own the testing roadmap across multiple client accounts • Prepare CRO deliverables and present analysis and results directly to clients on calls • Translate test results into actionable insights and clear next steps for clients and internal teams • Partner with designers, developers, and client resources to implement test variants when needed • Collaborate with account managers and other functions to ensure clients receive high-quality, results-driven work
• Prepare client deliverables across digital marketing, SEO, GEO, and analytics • Conduct SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization) audits and analysis, including AI visibility tracking • Build and maintain analytics reporting and dashboards that give clients clear visibility into performance • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO recommendations • Develop content briefs and optimization recommendations grounded in data • Join client calls in a supporting role, and present your own analysis to clients as you grow into the role • Translate data and findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams • Support account managers in delivering high-quality work across multiple client accounts • Stay current on changes in SEO, GEO, and AI search, and bring new ideas to the team
• Manage and maintain HubSpot instances across Marketing, Operations, and Sales hubs for a range of client accounts • Build and optimize workflows, automations, email campaigns, and lead scoring • Create and maintain reporting and dashboards that give clients clear visibility into performance • Keep client data clean and organized through ongoing data hygiene and management • Support onboarding and migration as new clients are set up in HubSpot • Configure and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and adjacent tools • Build and manage landing pages, forms, and CMS content as needed • Join client calls to explain implementations, walk through results, and answer questions • Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to ensure work meets client goals and quality standards • Manage multiple projects and deadlines across several client accounts simultaneously
• Edit and produce short- and long-form video for clients, including social videos, ads, webinars, interviews, testimonials, and educational content • Work with clients to capture high-quality live footage remotely — writing setup guides, running remote recording sessions, and directing as needed • Create polished, on-brand videos from raw footage and existing assets • Add motion graphics, lower thirds, kinetic text, and branded elements to enhance videos • Handle audio cleanup, color correction, captioning/subtitles, and other post-production essentials • Edit and package webinar content for client use • Design or assist with thumbnails and supporting graphics • Manage multiple video projects and deadlines across several client accounts simultaneously • Join client calls to present work, gather direction, and guide recording when needed • Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately through revision cycles • Maintain organized, well-labeled project files and asset libraries
