Role Description We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive high-quality B2B Demand generation, enterprise pipeline growth, and digital marketing campaigns across global markets. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B SaaS marketing, performance marketing, and demand generation — and can work closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and revenue opportunities. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing and demand generation campaigns to drive enterprise leads, account engagement, and pipeline growth for RChilli’s AI-powered HRTech solutions. You will work closely with Sales, SDRs, Content, and Leadership teams to improve: - Enterprise lead generation - Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) - Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) - Campaign performance - Pipeline contribution - Revenue growth This is a highly result-oriented role focused on lead quality, conversions, and business impact. Key Responsibilities - Growth & Demand Generation - Plan and execute B2B demand generation campaigns for enterprise SaaS and HRTech solutions - Generate high-quality leads through digital marketing channels - Improve MQL to SQL conversion rates - Drive pipeline growth and revenue opportunities - Optimize campaigns for better lead quality and ROI - Digital & Performance Marketing - Manage and optimize campaigns across: - LinkedIn Ads - Google Ads - Email Marketing - Retargeting Campaigns - Webinars & Virtual Events - Content Marketing Campaigns - Account-Based Marketing (ABM) - Account-Based Marketing (ABM) - Support ABM campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts - Engage HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and business decision-makers - Work closely with Sales teams to improve account engagement - Funnel & Campaign Optimization - Track campaign performance and improve conversion rates - Analyze: - CPL (Cost Per Lead) - CTR (Click Through Rate) - SQL Conversion - Campaign ROI - Pipeline Contribution - Use data-driven insights for campaign optimization - AI & Marketing Automation - Use AI tools and marketing automation platforms for campaign execution and optimization - Leverage tools like ChatGPT and AI-powered marketing platforms for content creation and campaign efficiency - Collaboration - Work with Sales, SDR, Content, and Design teams - Align campaigns with GTM priorities and business goals - Maintain strong coordination between Marketing and Sales teams Qualifications - MBA in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field - 3–5 years of experience in: - Growth Marketing - Demand Generation - Performance Marketing - B2B SaaS Marketing Requirements - LinkedIn Ads & B2B Paid Campaigns - Lead Generation & Demand Generation - Google Ads & Performance Marketing - Marketing Automation - Funnel Optimization - Campaign Analytics & Reporting - B2B SaaS Marketing Nice to Have - Experience in SaaS / IT services / consulting firms - Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) - Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) - Prior experience in B2B demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise ecosystems such as SAP, ServiceNow, HCM, ERP, HRMS, or enterprise technology platforms - Experience working with or marketing to enterprise clients similar to SAP, ServiceNow, ATS, HRTech, or digital transformation ecosystems will be a strong advantage Company Description Welcome to RChilli Careers – Where Innovation Meets Opportunity.
