Email Marketing Coordinator, CRM Admin

• Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Manage contact segmentation, email lists, and automation workflows. • Support campaign setup, tracking, and performance reporting. • Administer authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and ensure deliverability best practices. • Test and refine subject lines, personalization, and cadence strategies. • Oversee the collection, cleansing, and organization of client and prospect data. • Regularly audit CRM databases to remove duplicates, correct errors, and maintain compliance. • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align database structure with campaign goals. • Execute email cadence and automation strategies for client nurturing and engagement. • Implement 1:1 authentication and beta testing of subject lines and timing strategies. • Track open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and optimize for engagement. • Develop and manage automated workflows that improve client experiences and internal efficiency. • Monitor and refine the client journey to ensure timely communication and follow-up. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align automation with business goals. • Support marketing event logistics including communication, invites, and follow-up. • Manage event-related CRM data and coordinate Zoom or virtual event setups. • Compile prospect and attendee research to support outreach (e.g., ALTA new clients, events lists). • Build and maintain marketing landing pages and web forms to capture leads and event registrations. • Ensure smooth integration with CRM and analytics tools. • Test and optimize forms for conversion and user experience. • Collaborate with design teams to create branded email templates, graphics, and web assets. • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in CRM management and email marketing
- Proficiency with major CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, HubSpot, Salesforce, Active Campaign, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting
- Familiarity with email authentication, deliverability, and compliance standards
- Preferred Experience in event marketing or client journey automation
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization is Preferred
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is preferred
- Detail-Oriented: Ensures data accuracy and process consistency
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM, web, and automation tools
- Creative & Analytical Balance: Blends design sense with measurable outcomes
- Collaborative: Works effectively with marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Organized & Proactive: Manages multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Proven experience working with US based business teams
- Excellent written and communication skills, both English and Hindi
- Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap.
