We are seeking a Program Manager to manage the product lifecycle processes for large cross-functional programs and drive towards successful product launches. Essential Job Duties Develop, manage, coordinate, and drive program plans for successful product development, and large strategic projects, in collaboration with cross-functional teams Viewed as the cross-functional development partner you will facilitate technical discussions and be a thought leader during product reviews and be responsible for designing and executing process which facilitates product-related goal setting, decision making and business impact. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery. • Own scope, schedule, dependencies, risk, and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams • Establish and operate integrated delivery and portfolio management systems • Drive accountability for measurable results, not just milestones • Interface regularly with CORs, program executives, contracting officers, and senior federal leadership • Provide executive-ready reporting, issue escalation, and risk mitigation • Translate complex federal healthcare priorities into structured delivery plans • Ensure compliance with federal oversight and reporting standards • Use KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to guide decisions • Implement governance structures that ensure visibility and accountability • Identify cross-program risks early and implement mitigation strategies • Coordinate across primes, subcontractors, and internal federal teams

• Lead the operational delivery of complex clinical programs • Ensure timelines, budget, quality, and strategy are met • Proactively identify delivery risks and guide course-correction to keep studies on track • Drive consistent, high-quality operational practices across all assigned studies and programs • Line-manage and develop Study Delivery Leads • Oversee program-level issues, risks, and escalation • Partner cross-functionally and with local execution teams to align priorities, resources, and delivery plans • Manage program-level budgets, vendors, and forecasting while embedding lessons learned and continuous improvement

About the role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in building multi-cloud and multi-hypervisor orchestration solutions. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role focused on designing, implementing, and operating complex systems across Nutanix AHV, VMware ESXi, Azure, and related platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong C# skills, deep experience integrating with Nutanix Prism v4 APIs, and solid experience working with VMware vCenter APIs. Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or other Desktop as a Service / VDI platforms is strongly preferred. This role is about engineering excellence, architectural ownership, and shipping reliable, scalable systems—not people management. What you'll do Design, develop, and maintain applications, tooling, and automation solutions built primarily in C#. Build and evolve Nerdio’s multi-cloud and multi-hypervisor orchestration capabilities supporting Nutanix AHV, VMware ESXi, Azure, and related platforms. Integrate deeply with Nutanix Prism v4 APIs to manage AHV infrastructure, automation, and lifecycle operations. Integrate with VMware vCenter APIs to support ESXi automation, provisioning, and orchestration workflows. Design and implement scalable AVD Hybrid deployments, including host pool design, image workflows, access models, performance optimization, and operational governance. Develop reusable automation using PowerShell, REST APIs, SDKs, and infrastructure-level scripting. Implement monitoring, telemetry, and diagnostics to improve reliability, performance, and operational insight. Drive root-cause analysis and troubleshooting across virtualization, desktop, and infrastructure layers. Contribute to architectural design, technical standards, and long-term platform evolution. Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions. Required Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating with or orchestrating AVD or other Desktop as a Service / VDI platforms. Familiarity with Azure ARM APIs, and Azure Local. Familiarity with TypeScript and React. Experience with identity integration, cloud governance, and hybrid infrastructure design. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or infrastructure-as-code solutions. Background in image creation, application packaging, or virtual desktop optimization.
