We are seeking a Program Manager to manage the product lifecycle processes for large cross-functional programs and drive towards successful product launches. The position will support growth and profitability with a focus on new product initiatives. This is a pivotal role that works on multiple programs and coordinates efforts across the company – product management, sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and others – to ensure teams are aligned and working towards aligned goals and milestones for big bet initiatives. The key success for this role is measured by smooth product launches and positive impact in the market. Essential Job Duties Develop, manage, coordinate, and drive program plans for successful product development, and large strategic projects, in collaboration with cross-functional teams Viewed as the cross-functional development partner you will facilitate technical discussions and be a thought leader during product reviews and be responsible for designing and executing process which facilitates product-related goal setting, decision making and business impact. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery. Track program performance with key metrics and communicate program status to stakeholders, with accountability to drive timelines, deliverables, issues, risks, and dependencies Develop strong working relationships and assert influence across departments to manage stakeholder expectations and drive the overall success of large company initiatives Partner with project sponsors to define and manage scope, assumptions, and constraints to ensure projects are aligned with business goals and strategies Perform risk and change management on all projects Responsible for proactive oversight of change management processes to communicate and reset expectations to project scope, schedule, and cost baselines Drive adoption of product management tools and consistent practices Other Job Duties Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader. Job Requirements

  • Travel 10-25%, including overnight travel
  • Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing large cross-functional initiatives from inception to launch
  • Experience working within a Project Management Office, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and Operations areas
  • Experience describing features and/or system details and communicating technical information effectively.
  • Expert-level communication skills with experience presenting to senior executive audiences
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business model and Product lifecycle development processes
  • Working experience with Product Management tools, Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile software development tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Office, Visio, Excel, Project, and others
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal team members
  • Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role
  • The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $88,000-110,000/yr, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
  • This is a benefits-eligible position. HHAeXchange offers competitive health plans, paid time-off, company paid holidays, 401K retirement program with a Company elected match, including other company sponsored programs.

About the role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in building multi-cloud and multi-hypervisor orchestration solutions.
