Senior SAP Consultant, MDG

• Act as a functional specialist in SAP MDG • Design, configure and implement Master Data Governance solutions • Lead end-to-end implementations (requirements gathering, blueprint, configuration, testing and go-live) • Configure data models, workflows, business rules (BRF+) and change/request types • Create and maintain approval flows and data governance rules • Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of master data • Manage data transfer and integration between SAP and other systems • Define and implement governance processes and data policies • Integrate SAP MDG with S/4HANA, ECC and non-SAP systems • Support migration, data cleansing and data quality improvement initiatives • Work with tools such as DRF, Workflow and Fiori interfaces • Provide production support, troubleshooting and continuous improvements • Prepare functional and technical documentation • Support training and knowledge transfer for users and teams • Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, PMs and business areas • Ensure compliance with data standards and audit requirements.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields
- Advanced English (global interaction)
- Solid experience with SAP MDG
- Experience with MDG-BP, MDG-M, MDG-F or MDG-S
- Experience with SAP integrations (S/4HANA, ECC and external systems)
- Knowledge of data governance and master data lifecycle
- Experience with: configuring data models and Change/Request Types, BRF+, workflows and business rules, Data Replication Framework (DRF)
- Experience creating approval flows and validations
- Strong focus on data quality and preventing inconsistencies
- Experience with Fiori and UI customization
- Consultative profile and strategic vision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication with global stakeholders
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple demands
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- SAP MDG certification (preferred)
- Experience with agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) (preferred)
- Experience with tools such as Jira and ServiceNow (preferred)
- Experience with Cloud ALM and ITSM (preferred)
- Experience supporting developers (resolving technical blockers) (preferred).
