• Lead the design and evolution of transportation system solutions (TMS, control tower, logistics integrations), ensuring alignment with business processes and corporate architecture; • Work with an integrated view of the value chain (order → billing → shipping → transportation → delivery → finance), ensuring consistency of data, processes and integrations between ERP, WMS, TMS, tax systems and satellite platforms; • Map, review and propose improvements to transportation processes, ensuring operational efficiency, traceability, tax compliance (CT-e, MDF-e) and scalability of operations; • Prioritize requests with business, product and technology teams, balancing value, complexity, risks and execution capacity; • Ensure the correct design and operation of integrations between systems (SAP, TMS, WMS, OMS, tax, BI), with a focus on reliability, performance and data governance; • Manage suppliers technically (e.g., TMS, tracking, freight audit), evaluating product evolution, SLAs, backlog and adherence to Arco’s requirements; • Define and monitor operational and system KPIs (delivery SLA, tracking, freight audit, logistics cost), using data for prioritization and continuous improvement; • Anticipate systemic and operational risks, ensuring mitigation plans, quality of deliveries (integrated testing, cutover, go‑live) and post‑deployment stability; • Actively participate in strategic initiatives (e.g., ERP/TMS implementation or upgrade), contributing technical perspective, architectural decisions and cross-team alignment; • Serve as a bridge between business and technology, influencing decisions, fostering stakeholder alignment and ensuring clarity of communication.
