Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years leading an HR team or functional HR area (e.g. VP or Director level)
- Preference for experience in large (1,000+ employee) organizations and exposure to global HR environments
- Broad subject matter expertise across multiple HR disciplines
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with HR leaders and executive stakeholders
- Collaborative, with superior listening, critical thinking, influencing, and verbal/written communication skills
- Independent self-starter with strong project management skills
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, and rapidly changing work environment
- Strong intellectual curiosity and commitment to staying current on HR and business trends
