• Support day-to-day account maintenance for active vendor partners, ensuring contracts, timelines, deliverables, and documentation are accurate and up to date in Salesforce and Monday.com • Manage and track inventory across member benefit channels, including (but not limited to): landing pages, email feature placements, article slots, organic social media features, business tool sponsorships, digital and in-person event sponsorships, and report sponsorships • Oversee tracking of benefit placements, timelines, and promotion fulfillment to ensure contract commitments are met, and opportunities are used efficiently • Manage inbound interest from prospective vendor partners by serving as the initial point of contact, facilitating intake and preliminary qualification workflows, and coordinating next steps through the formal partnership evaluation process • Prepare and maintain Due Diligence & Eligibility Reports, including updates at renewal or when partnership scope changes • Support yearly contract auditing processes to renew and transition existing vendor partners • Coordinate new vendor partner setup on the Yoga Alliance website (via Salesforce) and lead the onboarding process • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Communications team and other internal teams to support smooth member benefit launches and accurate member-facing information • Prepare internal materials, intake summaries, and slide decks that support partner evaluation, launches, and internal alignment • Assist in nurturing existing partnerships through timely follow-ups, coordination of assets, and support of ongoing activations • Coordinate scheduling and logistics with vendors for discovery and evaluation calls with the Senior Manager • Support operational reporting and partnership visibility through accurate data management and systems organization • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities to improve partner workflows, documentation, and internal processes • Serve as a reliable operational partner within the Community Engagement team, contributing to a collaborative, organized, and member-centered culture
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (4 years) in business, marketing/advertising, nonprofit operations, project management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting business development, strategic partnerships, account coordination, program management, or a similar support role
- 1+ years of experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and tracking details across systems and stakeholders
- Comfort building and improving processes within a fast-growing, evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
