Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; four (4) years of relevant specialty HR experience may substitute for the degree requirement. - Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive Human Resources experience, including exposure to generalist or HR Business Partner (HRBP) support. - Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and core HR processes within a multistate or regulated environment. - Strong knowledge of HR principles, U.S. employment laws, and HR systems/analytics, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a customer-service mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building collaborative relationships.
