Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 4–5 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft 365 in a technical, engineering, or administrative role. - Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, governance, and security fundamentals. - Experience with: - SharePoint Online (site creation, information architecture, content management) - Microsoft Teams (configuration, lifecycle management, collaboration design) - OneDrive for Business (sync, sharing, and storage controls) - Microsoft 365 Copilot, including enablement, readiness, and governance concepts. - Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and/or Microsoft Purview. - Awareness of compliance, data protection, and information governance concepts in M365. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Comfort collaborating within cross-functional teams and working under mentorship. - Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to grow as a Modern Workplace architect.
