• Build platform infrastructure – Design and implement self-service tools that let product teams deploy services without infrastructure tickets or manual provisioning. • Reduce operational toil – Identify repetitive manual work and build automation to eliminate it. • Visibility and observability – Implement monitoring, alerting, and dashboards that help teams sleep soundly knowing their services are healthy. Build systems that detect problems before users do, and make debugging production issues straightforward whether it's 3pm or 3am. • Participate in on-call rotation – Join the on-call rotation responding to infrastructure incidents. You'll work to reduce incident frequency through better automation and resilience patterns. • Scale infrastructure – Plan capacity, optimize performance, and ensure our platform handles growing traffic without degradation. You'll work on problems like reducing deployment times, improving resource utilization, and maintaining sub-100ms p99 latencies. • Collaborate across teams – Partner with security, product engineering, and SRE teams to understand needs and build solutions that work for everyone.

Role Description The Product Owner is responsible for executing the strategic direction, continuous improvement, functional and technical roadmap for the product or experience. Product Owners work with cross functional teams to: - Understand how to compete and differentiate in product delivery - Build the right foundations to create and scale differentiated experiences - Plan, manage, and drive applications for success in meeting product experience goals - Manage backlog of product deliverables, and groom according to learnings from qualitative and quantitative sources and in alignment with organizational goals - Consult with stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions translating client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications and designs for solutions. • Design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure in Azure. • Manage CI/CD pipelines with a focus on security, including Azure Policy enforcement and VM image hardening. • Partner with the infrastructure team to enhance the reliability and performance of our systems. • Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and automation tools to ensure excellent system observability. • Lead security incident response efforts within the Azure ecosystem. • Develop and maintain security incident response playbooks and automate responses to minimize impact and recovery time. • Deploy and maintain tools like Azure Security Center. • Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and IT teams to improve security practices across infrastructure and applications. • Provide expertise on container security, role management, and policy enforcement within development workflows. • Develop automation scripts and workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Python.

• Lead the implementation and operationalization of hybrid network architectures, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across the project lifecycle. • Deploy and manage core hybrid connectivity solutions, utilizing services such as Network Connectivity Center (NCC), Partner Interconnect, and HA VPN to establish robust, secure, and dynamically routed links between cloud and on-premises environments. • Establish and enforce a comprehensive network security posture by deploying and configuring cloud-native security products, including Cloud NGFW Enterprise (Next-Generation Firewall), Cloud IDS (Intrusion Detection System), and Cloud Armor (DDoS and WAF protection). • Implement strong access boundaries and data exfiltration guardrails using VPC Service Controls (VPC SC) and Network Security Endpoints to protect sensitive services and resources. • Configure and maintain network visibility tools like VPC Flow Logs and Firewall Rule Logging for real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, security diagnostics, and forensic analysis. • Define and deliver network components using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) (e.g., Terraform) to ensure all deployments are repeatable, scalable, and compliant with established governance policies (e.g., using Cloud DNS for centralized naming). • Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) on network delivery, providing ad-hoc technical leadership and actively collaborating with on-premises network engineers to facilitate knowledge transfer and operational alignment.
