• Design and build scalable data pipelines (batch & streaming) on GCP • Develop and manage API-driven integrations (REST, JSON, event-based) • Work with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EDI • Build and optimize solutions using: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage • Design data models aligned with business and domain requirements • Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability • Collaborate with stakeholders and independently own deliverables from design to deployment

• Serve as the trusted strategic advisor to executive stakeholders (C-level, VP, Director), deeply understanding their long-term business goals, technology footprint, and competitive landscape to proactively identify and champion high-impact data and AI transformation opportunities. • Full ownership and strategic growth for a portfolio of accounts, including defining comprehensive account strategies and ensuring solutions drive measurable, quantifiable business outcomes (e.g., ROI, cost reduction, process automation). • Own the strategic framing and commercial lifecycle of all engagements. This includes defining strategic business objectives, negotiating commercial constructs (MSAs, SOWs, Pricing). • Demonstrate understanding of solution design and strategic implementation of projects involving AI/ML, Data Products, and cloud-native application modernization on major public clouds (GCP preferred). Must be able to bridge complex technical solutions with executive business value. • Lead and orchestrate internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Principal Architects, Engineering, Delivery) to ensure solution integrity, technical feasibility, and successful, on-time delivery of client engagements. • Drive mutual success and maximize business growth in the territory through close alignment and co-selling efforts with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and other strategic alliance partner account teams. • Collaborate with Egen marketing and business development teams to develop client success stories, targeted account-based marketing plans, and content that drives net-new business acquisition.

• Agentic Change Strategy & Planning: Apply structured change management methodologies to design tailored strategies for complex AI and Workspace transformations. • Discovery & Assessment: Facilitate Gemini Enterprise Discovery Workshops and conduct change impact analyses to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities. • Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Advisory: Support and engage senior leaders and executive sponsors, coaching them on their visible change leadership role. • Training, Education & Communication: Develop persona-based learning journeys and role-based training programs that build competency in agentic solutions. • Adoption Measurement & Sustainment: Lead Gemini Enterprise Pilot programs, managing Vanguard Cohorts and capturing baseline productivity reports.

• Lead the implementation and operationalization of hybrid network architectures, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across the project lifecycle. • Deploy and manage core hybrid connectivity solutions, utilizing services such as Network Connectivity Center (NCC), Partner Interconnect, and HA VPN to establish robust, secure, and dynamically routed links between cloud and on-premises environments. • Establish and enforce a comprehensive network security posture by deploying and configuring cloud-native security products, including Cloud NGFW Enterprise (Next-Generation Firewall), Cloud IDS (Intrusion Detection System), and Cloud Armor (DDoS and WAF protection). • Implement strong access boundaries and data exfiltration guardrails using VPC Service Controls (VPC SC) and Network Security Endpoints to protect sensitive services and resources. • Configure and maintain network visibility tools like VPC Flow Logs and Firewall Rule Logging for real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, security diagnostics, and forensic analysis. • Define and deliver network components using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) (e.g., Terraform) to ensure all deployments are repeatable, scalable, and compliant with established governance policies (e.g., using Cloud DNS for centralized naming). • Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) on network delivery, providing ad-hoc technical leadership and actively collaborating with on-premises network engineers to facilitate knowledge transfer and operational alignment.

• Design, develop, and deploy large scale data processing pipelines, both batch and streaming, using technologies such as Dataflow, Apache Beam, Spark, Akka, Pub/Sub. • Expertise with multiple data storage technologies such as Bigtable/HBase, BigQuery, Spanner, CloudSQL/Postgres. • Work with stakeholders to understand business problems, develop use-cases, and translate them into pragmatic and effective technical solutions. • Design and develop appropriate schema for data based on understanding of the domain problem. • Manage data lineage and ensure data security with appropriate tools and methodologies. • Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical and business strategy. • Continuously monitor, refine and report on the performance of data management systems. • Mentor junior data engineers, reviewing their outputs and directing their professional development.

• Build and lead the new Change Enablement consulting practice. • Shape clients' enterprise-wide transformation driven by Generative AI. • Activate and scale Change Management services to foster organizational alignment and strategic thinking. • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Change Management consultants. • Develop the practice's delivery playbook and core methodologies for user adoption of AI solutions. • Manage team allocation and project assignments to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. • Design and lead executive-level change management workshops for complex transformation challenges. • Facilitate strategic sessions that translate problems into actionable activities with clear business outcomes.

• Pipeline & Sales Execution: Take ownership of the full sales lifecycle, from qualifying new opportunities to closing deals within State, Local, and HigherEd accounts. • Account Strategy & P&L Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans, maintaining full P&L ownership and responsibility for meeting individual and team bookings/revenue targets. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain C-level, VP, and Director-level relationships across multiple government agencies and educational institutions. • Channel Collaboration: Partner with major cloud service providers (CSPs) like Google Cloud and Salesforce to drive go-to-market plays, identify leads, and establish mutual success plans. • Solution Development: Collaborate with delivery teams to scope service projects and draft Statements of Work (SOWs) that address specific public sector challenges using Egen’s assets and accelerators. • Marketing & Brand Awareness: Work with marketing to execute regional campaigns (e.g., "Gemini for Government") and develop customer success stories that showcase Egen’s impact in the public sector.

• Develop full-stack applications and workflows with modern architectures, following 12-factor app principles • Build and maintain backend services in Python • Design and implement RESTful APIs and containerized services for application delivery • Create intuitive, high-performance front-end experiences using frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular • Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects to ensure application design aligns with business and technical requirements • Implement cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud or Azure, including containerization, async events, and cloud managed services • Work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), including schema management and database schema migration tools • Apply testing frameworks and best practices to ensure application quality, performance, and scalability • Participate in Agile ceremonies—daily scrums, sprint planning, architecture/design sessions • Contribute to automation, CI/CD strategies, and release management • Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to non-functional requirements

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Data Lakehouse solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using BigQuery, GCS, BigLake, and Dataplex • Collaborate directly with customers to understand business goals, data challenges, and technical requirements; translate them into robust architectural blueprints and actionable plans • Design and implement data pipelines supporting both real-time and batch ingestion using modern orchestration and streaming frameworks • Establish and enforce best practices for data cataloging, metadata management, lineage, and data quality across multiple systems • Define and implement data security, access control, and governance models in compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards • Serve as the technical lead for project teams - mentoring engineers, reviewing solutions, and ensuring architectural consistency across deliverables • Balance strategic architecture discussions with hands-on solutioning, POCs, and deep dives into data pipelines or performance tuning • Partner with stakeholders, cloud architects, and delivery leads to drive solution adoption, scalability, and long-term maintainability • Represent the company as a trusted technical advisor in client engagements - clearly articulating trade-offs, best practices, and recommendations

• The Client Partner will maintain a high level of knowledge about specific Egen solutions and will be tasked with individual sales objectives • Serve as the customers’ trusted partner and single point of contact for Egen services • Builds relationships directly with customers and identifies opportunities for engagement with services and solutions • Leads the scoping service projects and quickly drafts statements of work • Accountability to see both our customers and our Egen delivery teams succeed • Builds relationships with the relevant channel partner account teams to establish mutual success plans and grow the account value • Aligns with channel partner account teams to support opportunities in the assigned territory for the implementation of Egen solutions and services • Works with Egen marketing to develop the customer success stories, account-based marketing plans, and other content that helps grow Egen’s business • Works with Egen business development and marketing teams to qualify new opportunities and drive net new business to Egen • Understanding of cloud-based solutions and, generally, technical solutions in analytics, data architecture, and cloud-based applications • P&L management and ownership of accounts, including account strategy development
