• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for the UK and Ireland markets to achieve revenue targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and engaging potential new clients. • Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to align product offerings with market demand. • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to management. • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent SASMAR and expand professional contacts. • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or personal care industry.
  • Familiarity with the UK and Ireland markets and knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in google Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
