This is a varied and hands-on role covering a broad range of responsibilities, from processing wholesale and corporate orders to managing partner data, supporting deliveries, reporting, and day-to-day coordination. As part of the team’s growth, this role will also support dropshipper management, helping to ensure smooth operations across our partner network. We are looking for a commercially minded, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to both operational excellence and account growth. Your Responsibilities - Support the full wholesale order cycle, from PO to invoicing, delivery, and after-sales service - Act as the first point of contact for wholesale and corporate partners, providing timely and accurate support - Maintain accurate records across systems, including orders, pricing, inventory, and contacts - Prepare sales materials such as lookbooks, line sheets, order forms, ATS lists, and newness presentations - Coordinate regular account check-ins and maintain strong relationships with key partners - Monitor account performance against agreed commercial terms and ensure alignment with brand and marketing standards - Complete data forms and provide any required information as part of the sales cycle - Organise and present sales data, performance metrics, and account summaries - Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth partner experiences - Assist with trade show preparation, follow-ups, and general wholesale coordination - Support dropshipper management and partner integrations across relevant platforms - Contribute to growing existing accounts through proactive support and world-class customer service - Identify opportunities to improve processes, including leveraging tools, automation, and AI where relevant Qualifications - 2+ years’ experience in account coordination, sales support, or wholesale operations - Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines - Strong Excel / Google Workspace skills, comfortable working with numbers and sales data - Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Xero, and/or dropshipping tools (e.g. Mirakl) is a strong advantage - Familiarity with inventory systems, order management platforms, or CRM tools is a plus - Commercially minded with a proactive approach to supporting account growth - Comfortable working with technology and open to using tools/AI to drive efficiency - Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred but not essential - A positive, collaborative team player who is eager to learn and contribute Benefits - Competitive salary - Contributory pension scheme - Annual company trip + regular team social events - Flexible location — London, Barcelona or remote - Premium working spaces in Central London and Barcelona - Funding for learning and professional development - Start date: As soon as possible
