• Act as the primary technical resource during the sales process, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments, and technical evaluations. • Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions based on business needs and security goals. • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders including security architects, CISOs, and IT operations teams. • Design and deliver customized solutions involving Exposure Management, Attack Surface Management, Threat Intelligence, and related cybersecurity technologies. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and help shape roadmap priorities based on customer input. • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and assist in building technical documentation and solution architectures. • Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and evolving technologies to serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing or deploying Exposure Management, Vulnerability Management, or related cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management principles, and threat mitigation strategies.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams in a technical pre-sales or solution engineering capacity.
- Subject matter expertise or strong familiarity with technologies such as: External Exposure and Threat Management Attack Surface Management Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cyber AI Cybersecurity.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity products and platforms such as ZeroFox, BishopFox, BitSight, Security Scorecard, Censys, IBM Randori, Resecurity, Crowdstrike and Recorded Futures.
- Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Direct experience supporting deals with government or highly regulated industries.
- Exposure to enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CompTIA Security+) are a strong plus.
- Experience working in or supporting a fast-paced scale-up environment.
