Role Description We are hiring an exceptional Senior of Staff level Engineers, New Products to drive the development of Healthie’s New Products. In this senior technical role, you’ll lead the architecture and implementation of greenfield features, focusing on building scalable, reliable systems that solve meaningful problems for our customers and their clients. - Collaborate across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to identify and execute high-impact projects. - Your work will span system design, backend and frontend development, and integration with third-party services. - Opportunities to incorporate advanced AI capabilities such as intelligent automation and data-driven insights to enhance user experiences. - Shape the technical direction of Healthie’s platform, mentor engineers, and drive innovation. - Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to ensure scalability, reliability, and usability of our platform. - Translate complex challenges into elegant, impactful solutions with a customer-first mindset. - Foster collaboration across teams to deliver features that empower healthcare providers and drive better patient outcomes. Qualifications - 5-8+ years of experience in software engineering. - Experience specializing in AI/ML technologies, developing and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale. - Hands-on expertise in building machine learning models, natural language processing systems, and intelligent automation solutions. - Direct experience with our Tech Stack: Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, RSpec, and Capybara. - Strong background in software architecture, systems design, and scalable infrastructure. - Excel at collaborating cross-functionally, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring engineering teams. - Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, balancing long-term strategic goals with agile execution. - Deeply passionate about healthcare technology and the potential of AI to transform the industry. - Embodies Healthie’s core values (Respect, Reliability, Resilience). - Relentless focus on delivering exceptional results and driving innovation.
