Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team in the UK (remote) and help accelerate the growth of our mid‑market supply chain portfolio. You’ll take ownership of expanding our customer base for Logility, a leading AI‑driven platform that enables organizations to build smarter, more sustainable supply chains. Beyond new business development, you’ll play a key role in cross‑selling complementary solutions within the same vertical. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and lead the full sales cycle—from strategy and planning to execution and quota achievement. Your reach will extend across multiple European markets, giving you the opportunity to shape our regional presence. - Self-prospect key targeted accounts to schedule discovery and demo calls. - Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers and conduct discovery with all new prospects to understand needs and ensure you have proper info to conduct demonstrations and guide sales conversations. - Run web-based demos and diagnostic meetings highlighting solutions that map to potential client needs. - Quarterback deals with key internal resources to successfully win large pieces of business. - Game plan and execute an account strategy to achieve and consistently exceed quarterly sales goals. - Proactively manage qualified pipeline of outbound and inbound leads. - Proactively utilize Salesforce to manage, organize, and report your pipeline. - Attend trade events to build brand awareness and generate sales qualified opportunities. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a true new-logo hunter in software sales. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. - 3+ years of closing experience in a software environment, ideally within the logistics or supply chain space. - Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close, including delivering both virtual and on-site demos. - Consistent performance against quarterly quotas with a disciplined operating rhythm. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills that support consultative selling. - Proficiency in Salesforce to accurately track activity and forecast pipeline. - Confidence presenting to C-suite and VP-level audiences in person. - A proven track record of consistent success at other SaaS companies.
