Small Business Tax Specialist – Inside Sales Rep

• Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects • Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet • Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services • Strategically manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up • Master our CRM system and other sales tools • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Expert communicator skilled at building trust and rapport with clients via phone and video calls
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable and adaptable with new technology
  • Collaborative team player open to coaching and mentorship
  • Nice to Have: Experience closing high volume of high ticket items

In this territory‑based role, you will build strong physician relationships, drive referral growth, and collaborate across stakeholders to expand access to advanced biologic therapies while delivering exceptional customer and patient experiences. Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare or specialty markets - Residence in New England states is required. Massachusetts (Boston area) preferred. - Experience calling on physicians or advanced practice providers within a specialty therapy environment. - Strong understanding of managed care, specialty pharmacy operations, and reimbursement processes. - Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable territory strategies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire & Maine). Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred, not required). - Experience in Immune Deficiencies, Hereditary Angioedema, and Allergy, Asthma & Immunology markets. - Experience working with PBM and/or specialty pharmacy providers.
