• Implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Industry sales growth across the EMEA region • Lead 4-5 Senior Sales Executives and deliver on forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments while building relationships with customer executives and business decision makers • Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure revenue growth through Enterprise deal structuring and executive engagements • Support Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to uplevel relationships, increase deal sizes, and maximize value exchange • Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, providing feedback from the market to help shape Unity’s offering and roadmap and increase market presence • Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for Unity and our Customers.

At Medtronic, the ENT Area Sales Manager I has the responsibility and authority to sell all Medtronic Surgical Technologies ENT products to hospitals, physicians and other approved customers within the geographical limits of their territory to attain established quotas and sales objectives. This is a field-based position. We are seeking a committed professional, required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region, to join our winning team.
