Education and Experience Requirements - Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. - 10+ years of relevant graphic design experience, including leadership or team‑lead responsibilities. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; familiarity with Canva and PowerPoint preferred. - Strong design skills across digital and print channels, with experience in typography, layout, brand standards, templates, and visual storytelling. - Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, compelling visual communications. - Experience within the AEC industry is preferred; proposal or professional services design experience is a plus. - Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
