The VAPA Associate will research and identify emerging practices in performing arts to create and develop curriculum that supports high quality program implementation. The VAPA Associate will serve as part of the Learning & Development Team and collaborate to develop trainings on dance-focused topics, including folklorico, modern, cheer, color guard, and hip-hop.
