Role Description As a Healthcare Solution Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: - Serving as the Subject Matter Expert for Solventum HIS products and best-practice workflows, partnering with the Account Executive and sales team to develop and execute winning sales strategies. - Leading software demonstrations and supporting workflow discovery discussions to align solutions to customer needs across multiple hospital departments. - Assessing customer environments and priorities to recommend the most effective solution strategy, including clinical and revenue cycle value messaging. - Supporting targeting and deal preparation through data-informed customer insights and contribution to customer-ready presentations aligned to business needs. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND three (3) years of experience performing system demonstrations and/or delivering/implementing complex technology solutions or services across multiple hospital departments OR High School Diploma/GED AND seven (7) years of experience performing system demonstrations and/or delivering/implementing complex technology solutions or services across multiple hospital departments. - Three (3) years of clinical documentation and/or healthcare revenue cycle experience. - Ability to translate customer needs into solution strategy and value messaging in a hospital environment. - Ability to support sales execution through customer presentations, workflow discussions, and stakeholder education. - Current, valid Driver’s License. Requirements - Registered Nurse (RN) with a diverse clinical background and/or coding/CDI certification(s). - Master’s degree (MHA or MBA) from an accredited institution; strong knowledge of CDI workflow, HIM operations, and inpatient/outpatient revenue cycle. - Proven executive presence with C-level stakeholders and strong presentation/communication skills; experience in acute care and/or large health systems and Healthcare IT sales is a plus.
