Graphics Organizational Assistant

Sporticulture

Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Graphics Organizational Assistant to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across technical design packs in a high-volume production environment. This role is primarily focused on organizations, communication, compliance, and workflow efficiency rather than creative design. This position serves as a critical bridge between our EST and PHT teams — keeping files organized, feedback flowing, and deliverables on schedule. The role ensures that all assets meet brand and league standards before submission and supports structured execution across teams and time zones. Qualifications - Deep, working knowledge of tech pack rules inside and out — including color standards, logo placement rules, layout specifications, and common production mistakes - High attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure - Availability to work overlapping EST and PHT hours - Strong understanding of organization systems, workflow management, and cross-team communication structures - Ability to interpret and enforce style guides, compliance rules, and production standards across multiple sports leagues - Experience in graphic design, apparel, or consumer products - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools - Prior experience in a remote work environment - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Requirements - Review technical packs for accuracy, including colors, logos, layouts, and specifications - Identify and correct errors before submission to prevent downstream rework - Maintain organized file systems and enforce version control protocols - Fully learn, understand, and enforce all league and brand style guides, ensuring every asset meets compliance requirements prior to submission - Audit all graphics and technical files for compliance with league, brand, and production standards, making quick edits when possible or routing back to designers when needed - Set, track, and monitor KPIs for design teams to ensure productivity, accuracy, and deadline adherence - Manage and streamline communication between EST and PHT teams, ensuring alignment across time zones and working hours - Organize and maintain all files, KEEPAs, project trackers, and communication channels to ensure full visibility and alignment across teams - Coordinate feedback and communication between EST and PHT team members - Consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output standards - Support ongoing process improvements and workflow efficiency initiatives Work Environment & Scope - Fully remote and independent role with leadership oversight - Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects at all times - Core focus on organizational structure, compliance enforcement, communication flow, and operational efficiency rather than creative execution - Acts as the central coordination point between EST and PHT teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and real-time alignment across time zones - Responsible for maintaining clean, structured, and fully updated systems for files, project tracking, and communication pipelines - Supports product development for officially licensed sports merchandise - Requires accountability, ownership, and consistency in all deliverables

Deltek

Deltek is a leading provider of information solutions and enterprise software. Founded in 1983 by father-and-son team Donald and Kenneth deLaski, Deltek serves

Role Description An AI-first product designer who ships. This role partners with product and engineering to design, prototype, and validate workflow-driven AI experiences across our enterprise products. You work close to the code — prototyping in Cursor, Claude, and Figma Make — and use the Harmony Design System as your foundation. You are growing into strategic UX thinking: framing problems, questioning requirements, and proposing direction, not just executing tickets. Core Responsibilities - AI-first interaction design: Design embedded, workflow-driven AI experiences — not bolted-on chat. Apply established guardrails (explainability, progressive disclosure, human-in-the-loop) from the Dela AI Holistic Framework and NN/g principles to concrete product surfaces. - Vibecoded prototyping: Build working, high-fidelity prototypes using Cursor, Claude, GitHub, and Railway. Translate ideas into executable UX that engineers can pull from directly, rather than static mockups that require re-interpretation. Fluency with modern AI coding tools is core to the role, not a bonus. - Design system fluency: Use the Harmony Design System as the default starting point. Contribute patterns and components back, flag gaps, and help keep design intent aligned with implemented UI across Figma, GitHub, and Railway. - Research participation and synthesis: Actively participate in usability testing, ProjectCon UX Labs, and validation sessions. Synthesize findings into concrete design changes and backlog-ready recommendations. Develop the instinct for which research questions matter most. - Strategic thinking in practice: Go beyond "make the screen." Ask why the workflow exists, who it serves, and whether the framing is right. Bring a point of view to design reviews and capability specs. Escalate when a requirement conflicts with good UX outcomes, and propose alternatives grounded in research and systems thinking. - Fusion-team collaboration: Work as an embedded member of a product + engineering + UX fusion team. Contribute to capability specs and acceptance criteria, and participate in AI-assisted build/verify cycles alongside engineers. Qualifications - 3–6 years designing digital products, ideally with exposure to B2B, enterprise, or data-dense domains. - Demonstrated use of AI coding and prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude, Figma Make, or equivalents) in real product work — not just exploration. - Comfortable working in and contributing to a mature design system. - Early evidence of strategic thinking: reframing problems, questioning scope, and shaping direction — not only executing handoffs. - Collaborative, research-curious, and comfortable working close to engineering. Benefits - Deltek is committed to the protection and promotion of your privacy. - We collect, store and use information about you (“Personal Data”) to administer and evaluate your application. - We are the “controller” of the Personal Data you provide us and will process any such Personal Data in accordance with applicable law. - We have not sold and do not sell Personal Data you provide to us through the job application process. Company Description Deltek Product Strategy is a team with a passion for delivering solutions to power success for project-based businesses. We use research and innovation to build products and experiences that connect processes across the entire project lifecycle. We are thought leaders who have a deep understanding of our customers, their industries and the challenges they face.
