Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years OCM experience
  • Formal OCM practitioner certification (i.e., Prosci, LaMarsh, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), etc.)
  • Ability to travel – up to 25%
