• Manage and oversee team activities Including appropriate resourcing of staff, staff assignments, and quality control of project deliverables and timely delivery of project deliverables. • Meet and aim to exceed client expectations by recruiting, retaining and developing a skilled, experienced and motivated team. • Train and mentor junior staff. • Undertake the full range of duties relevant to the leadership, management, and development of the team to ensure their performance meets and or exceeds both the business and their own personal goals/objectives. • Participate in formal staff review processes e.g., performance and salary reviews.

• Ensure achievement of sales targets, market share goals, and execution of commercial strategies within the assigned territory • Manage and develop the field sales team for the interior of São Paulo, Triângulo Mineiro, and the Central-West region • Implement and monitor district action plans aligned with regional and national objectives • Monitor performance indicators • Ensure execution of promotional plans, marketing materials, and product launches • Foster relationships with strategic clients and key opinion leaders

• Serves as the primary contact for physicians • Communicates with patient as needed and program stakeholders • Educates healthcare providers and their staff on program services • Reviews patient charts and ensures completion of required documentation • Takes full ownership of the special authorization process • Provides ongoing communication, updates, and guidance to physicians • Adapts program elements to meet unique needs of healthcare providers • Other duties as assigned

• Manage performance against clinical and operational metrics • Lead, motivate, and drive accountability for a team of nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and social workers • Prepare, review and analyze performance and health outcome reports • Plan staffing schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity • Assist in the hiring of clinical staff members • Execute corporate and regional strategy to deliver quality patient care • Perform other duties as assigned • Uphold the mission and values of Monogram Health
