• Ensure achievement of sales targets, market share goals, and execution of commercial strategies within the assigned territory • Manage and develop the field sales team for the interior of São Paulo, Triângulo Mineiro, and the Central-West region • Implement and monitor district action plans aligned with regional and national objectives • Monitor performance indicators • Ensure execution of promotional plans, marketing materials, and product launches • Foster relationships with strategic clients and key opinion leaders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Biomedicine, or related fields)
- Intermediate English; Spanish desirable
- Experience as a supervisor, coordinator, or district manager in the pharmaceutical sector and/or healthcare areas with aesthetic indications
- Experience managing field sales teams
- Knowledge of sales strategies; analysis of performance indicators (DASHBOARD, IQVIA, sell-in, sell-out); coaching techniques and situational leadership; CRM tools and Excel
