• Assist with receiving, unloading, and processing incoming shipments • Learn to pick, pack, and accurately prepare orders for shipment • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment • Participate in inventory counts and stock control activities • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines • Help identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or shipments • Learn and implement warehouse management systems and procedures
• To learn to safely drive, operate and maintain OTMs under supervision, developing the skills required for a fully competent Grinder Driver Operator Maintainer role. • To support maintenance, fault-finding and repair activities as part of structured training. • To contribute to maximising machine availability while building technical competence. • Attend and complete all training, competency assessments and development activities. • Work in line with agreed roster while gaining practical experience. • Assist in maintaining route knowledge, learning routes as directed by the Line Manager. • Support maintenance tasks and monitor machine performance under supervision. • Assist in maintaining machine condition, including: documentation, tooling, spare parts, consumables, safety equipment, waste disposal and your PPE. • Compliance with all company policies & procedures, including Health & Safety, Quality & Environmental. • Learn and Utilise IT equipment provided to update and access Apps and Programs associated with your role (Rule Book, FAMS, Q-Pulse, AARK etc).
• Provide chemical and regulatory knowledge to the entire company • Support operations and sales by reviewing incoming lab packs • Develop and implement training for field and plant personnel • Provide immediate chemical and regulatory support for the company • Create packing slips and necessary paperwork for lab pack shipments • Audit internal and external lab packed jobs • Assist in the field for large lab pack projects when needed
• Act as primary regulatory contact and expert for permitting, reporting, and regulatory actions • Review and interpret analytical data related to air, water, and waste • Manage notices of violations (NOVs) • Ensure the environmental management system is accurate • Track all regulations related to EPA and state/local agencies • Work with new acquisitions on integration of permitting • Develop programs, policies, and training around environmental regulations
• Responsible for expanding the Company’s business within pre-assigned geographic territories. • Accountable to achieve sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers and upsell within these new accounts for a minimum of 12 months. • Acquires new customers by meeting or exceeding goals for growth objectives via telephone/video and periodic sales calls and presentations. • Build relationships with new customers while growing the revenue and profits through service changes, cross-selling and price increases. • Resolve problems and coordinate customer needs with Operations and/or Customer Experience group. • Actively participate in Regional Sales Meetings and overall regional strategies. • Sell in a highly consultative manner, articulating the company value-proposition and benefits of working with Clean Earth brand over other traditional waste services companies. • Create presentations for key sales prospects. • Coordinate the development of sales objectives, territory and account selling strategies and ensures their execution.
• Direct the development of Clean Earth strategies and product/service offerings within a regional geography • Provide leadership, development, and direction for the implementation of business/sales strategies • Maximize revenue and profits through maintenance of existing customers and acquiring new customers • Manage recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and development of sales staff • Serve as a regional liaison between various teams to exceed service requirements • Direct and manage sales productivity and profitability • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract renewals • Coordinate business relationships with third-party companies when needed • Ensure KPIs are met and structured programs are followed
• Responsible for managing and identifying customers’ needs while responding to a high volume of communication via email and telephone while navigating multiple systems to take appropriate action for resolution • Actively manage multiple customers assigned to the team member’s roster including communications and logistical activities; prepare and review orders for accuracy per client contract, including accurate pricing and order review for invoicing • Partner with Sales team to increase revenue growth of assigned account roster, including performing various sales-related activities to support account roster • Coordinate with cross functional teams to assign tasks to the correct departments • Maintain thorough and updated customer records • Prepare client profiles by gathering information and assign codes using basic knowledge of MSDS and hazardous waste coding and disposal requirements • Responsible for all case management tied to the team member’s assigned accounts • Conduct research and work cross functionally to resolve or escalate problems • Regularly review, analyze, and prepare reports on the status of customers’ orders • Conduct proactive calls to ensure ongoing communication with existing customers • Regular contact with all levels of interdepartmental personnel, including billing, collections, sales, drivers, transportation facilities, and information services • Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management
