• Support data migration from NetSuite and other source systems into Zuora, including customer, subscription, invoice, payment, and revenue-related data. • Perform data scrubbing, transformation, and enrichment using Excel, Power Query, and structured templates to meet Zuora data requirements. • Prepare, review, and validate Zuora Data Loader templates for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to loading. • Execute and document data validation and tie-out procedures, including record counts, financial totals, and variance analysis between source systems and Zuora. • Partner with Integrations, Billing, and Revenue teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues during test loads, mock migrations, and production cutovers. • Assist the Financial Systems team with Zuora reporting, including ad hoc analysis and recurring operational and financial reports. • Support the setup, assessment, and refinement of GL classes, segments, and mappings to ensure alignment with billing, revenue recognition, and reporting requirements.

Role Description The Clinical Systems Analyst I functions as the primary support contact and expert for the clinical application. They work under the direction of the Sr. Manager to configure, build, install and support the application. Responsibilities include: - Analyzing workflows and understanding policies, procedures, and constraints of clinical or business operations. - Conducting in-depth investigation and documentation of operational specifications and application functionality. - Leading efforts to analyze and document project requirements for successful system upgrades. - Functioning as the primary contact to troubleshoot problems and questions from end-users during training, go-live, and stabilization periods. - Documenting standard operating procedures for the area of responsibility. - Designing, documenting, and executing application testing and training plans. Qualifications - Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience required. - Valid Registered Nurse or Clinical License required within the appropriate clinical field. - 3 years clinical experience preferred. - Prior operational responsibilities for system adoption troubleshooting and workflow validation required. - Strong workflow and problem-solving skills and Operations Improvement experience required. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and listening skills; attention to detail; innovative thinking; and ability to inspire others required. - Must possess a high level of customer service skills and participate as a strong, collaborative team player. - Working knowledge or experience in Microsoft Office tools and an understanding of computer system capabilities to address process requirements required. - Familiarity and/or certification in Epic is preferred.
