• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of property maintenance and repairs for a portfolio of single-family homes. • Source, vet, and manage relationships with third-party contractors and service providers to ensure quality work, timely completion, and cost-efficiency. • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to proactively address property upkeep and reduce emergency repairs. • Receive, prioritize, assign, and track maintenance requests using our property management software. • Conduct regular property inspections (move-in, move-out, seasonal, annual) to identify maintenance needs and ensure lease compliance. • Assist in preparing and managing maintenance budgets, including approval and tracking of expenses. • Serve as the first point of contact for maintenance emergencies; coordinate after-hours or urgent repair response. • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. • Supervise in-house maintenance staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance where applicable.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Residential property maintenance experience strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Proficient in property management or work order systems (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license required; certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or other trades are a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for on-call duty on a rotational basis, including nights and weekends.

In this key position, you will be responsible for managing all tax-related matters for the company’s APAC operations. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert for APAC region tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax risk management, ensuring full compliance with local tax laws and alignment with corporate reporting requirements reporting to the Sr. Tax Manager. You will work closely with local finance teams, global tax, external advisors, and auditors to support accurate compliance, reporting, and strategic tax planning.
