Revenue Systems Architect, AI & Automation

• Own the architecture and evolution of our revenue systems stack, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, a modern CPQ solution, and billing integrations • Lead complex configuration and development across Apex, Lightning Web Components, and custom integrations • Oversee data governance, migration strategy, and system integrity across the full GTM stack • Build and deploy AI agents for account research, CRM hygiene, post-call follow-ups, and signal-based outbound workflows • Automate repetitive work across the GTM org and replace it with intelligent, auditable processes • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, and Security to translate strategy into technical specifications • Represent systems decisions directly with Finance and cross-functional leadership on data integrity and sign-off • Challenge existing processes. If something exists because it was the only option three years ago, ask whether it should still exist today • Own documentation so the organization can move without you in every room

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with at least 2 years in an architect-level role
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ implementation, customization, and production support
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP API integrations, and middleware patterns
  • Proven experience deploying AI agents or AI-assisted workflows in a GTM context, shipped to production not just explored
  • Hands-on experience with Clay or comparable enrichment and automation platforms
  • Strong track record working across GTM, Finance, Engineering, and Security stakeholders, able to translate technical decisions into business language and hold your own in any room
  • Background at a high-growth B2B SaaS company that has gone through a GTM systems transformation
  • Experience replacing or restructuring legacy systems while keeping the business running
  • A clear point of view on where AI replaces human judgment in GTM workflows and where it does not, and the ability to defend it
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver in a fast-moving environment
